Levels are based on your total career clinical hours, including experience before Ottawa OT.
Starting level · 60%
$90/hr
For OTs with fewer than 150 career clinical hours, including new graduates.
Next level · 70%
$105/hr
For OTs with 151 to 300 career clinical hours.
Top level · up to 75%
$112.50/hr
For OTs with more than 300 career clinical hours, earned through a professional evaluation by the owner.

Based on 2026 rates ($150 per 1-hour session). Rates are subject to change and may adjust annually for inflation or market conditions.
